About the Company

History

Sansom was formed in 1975 and is a specialist company involved in problem solving and maintenance of buildings, bridges and structures and specialising in waterproofing and concrete repairs.

We have operated mainly in the upper half of the North Island but also have completed contracts throughout New Zealand, as well as Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Australia and Hong Kong.

Due to the fact that our company is almost totally involved with maintenance, repair and problem solving, we have built up a company with a strong reputation for expertise and quality and are used extensively for reporting and analysing of building problems.

We have a staff of approximately 35 with expertise based on Civil Engineering and Building backgrounds.

Building Maintenance

Sansom have been actively involved in a continuing programme of building façade maintenance over the last 30 years.

Our regular routine work in the Auckland area involves coatings, structural concrete repair to buildings, wharves and bridges and maintenance of concrete floors with particular attention to concrete joint repair.

Due to our experience we are considered experts on the use of waterproofing membranes, epoxies, repair mortars, joint sealants, tie coats, coatings etc, and in analysing problems.
