East Auckland Gutter & Parapet Upgrade
A 5-year old house in the eastern suburbs lost a couple of lengths of copper cap flashing during a decent storm last year. Inspections revealed that outlets, overflows, gutter lining, and the copper flashings, were poorly detailed.
The cap flashings were removed, new copper outlets designed and placed; Bituthene 2000 placed over the top plate; Soprasun 4mm and a coat of Cural placed in the gutters and the ridge flashings renewed.
