Supply and installation of comprehensive waterproofing systems across multiple roof areas for this Auckland residential development.
The project involved installing an Allco Casali Warm Roof System to the entrance area, incorporating a build-up of tapered insulation with EPS and PIR, along with Ardex screed to create the required falls. The Level 01 deck received an Allco Casali Double Layer Torch-on System, while the main roof and gutters were fitted with a Warm Roof System featuring 75mm non-tapered PIR insulation and Allco Barrier Tape. All areas included bitumen fillets to upstands and detailed waterproofing to penetrations.
Upon completion, the entire membrane system was tested using International Leak Detection’s Electrical Fields Vector Mapping (EFVM) to meet Auckland City Council requirements, ensuring full compliance and waterproof integrity across all roofing areas.
