Clean and overcoat an existing torch-on roof membrane (approx. 340m²) with a Resene paint system.
The 11-year-old Nuralite White Membrane has discoloured significantly due to city rain exposure, turning the originally white surface black and dirty. While the membrane’s integrity is intact, the owners opted to overcoat it for aesthetic reasons, as the roof is highly visible from the rear of the property.
