Orams Marine Facility Carpark Refurbishment – Auckland

Sansom is currently delivery a comprehensive carpark refurbishment for Orams Marine at their Beaumont Street facility, serving as main contractor for this phased waterproofing and resurfacing project. It is due for completion in 2026.

Works underway include complete removal of the existing deteriorated asphalt membrane, installation of a new Equus roading membrane system for superior waterproofing protection, and application of fresh asphalt surfacing over the completed membrane. The project is being executed in carefully planned stages to maintain customer access throughout the refurbishment period, ensuring minimal disruption to Orams Marine’s operations and tenants.
