Tanking Contract Work – Mt Wellington

Sansom was engaged by SMC Construction to deliver a last-minute solution for below ground tanking works at Mt Wellington Estate, with the scope and detailing agreed and works underway within four days.

Volclay Voltex and Swelltite tanking systems were installed across a 90 metre elevation of foundation and precast panels.

With a large pool of experienced staff to draw on at short notice, Sansom pride ourselves on delivering the right solution for the job, however tight the timeframe.
