The now iconic Pacifica Building consists of 57 levels, which include 41 hotel rooms, 273 apartments, and is 178m high.

The team at Sansom was responsible for installing the structure’s waterproofing systems.

These included:

  • Two-layer bitumen membrane to roofs, balconies and podiums.
  • Preprufe Tanking membranes to underground pits and basement
  • Precast panel jointing to the facade
  • Protective coatings to plant, chemical and hard-wearing areas
  • Cementitious screeds
