The now iconic Pacifica Building consists of 57 levels and is 178m high.

The team at Sansom was responsible for installing the structure’s waterproofing systems.

These included:

  • Two-layer bitumen membrane to roofs, balconies and podiums.
  • Preprufe Tanking membranes to underground pits and basement
  • Precast panel jointing to the facade
  • Protective coatings to plant, chemical and hard-wearing areas
  • Cementitious screeds
