9 Jerry Green Street in Auckland is set to be a substantial new warehouse development, of which Sansom was engaged to provide waterproofing solutions.

Due to the structure’s partial submersion in the site’s water table, our team utilised the Sikaproof A system to tank the extensive footings, ensuring protection against water ingress.
