The Sansom concrete repair team are carrying out remedial works at St Luke’s Gardens
The scope includes structural strengthening using Sika CarboDur BC 12 rod, crack injection using Sikadur inject LV, crack stitching installation of Sika CarboDur NSM 1030 and surface-mounted reinforcement using Sika CarboDur S1214.
This is a very effective method of strengthening an existing floor slab that Sansom complete regularly, usually for a change of building use, or building seismic upgrades.
