Supply and install comprehensive Nuratherm Warm Roof Systems across multiple roof sections for this luxury Herne Bay residence.

The project involved installing a 3PM double layer membrane system with tapered PIR insulation to flat roof sections, upstands, downturns, and gutters, including the Onsen and Study roof areas. The installation incorporated primer and vapour barrier, gravel guard to ballast roof areas, powder-coated Nuratrim, and a 3PG double layer membrane with Nuradrain protection board. Sloped roof sections received a 3PM double layer membrane with 80mm PIR insulation and Nuralite fixing plates, complete with detailing to all penetrations.

The completed roof membrane system was finished with Nuraglaze coating and underwent comprehensive EFVM ILD testing as per Auckland City Council requirements, ensuring full waterproof integrity and compliance across all roof areas.
