Membrane Deck – Langs Beach

Sansom recently completed a deck maintenance project located in the coastal setting of Langs Beach, Waipu. Covering approximately 95m², the works focused on restoring and enhancing the durability of the existing deck surface to withstand the demanding seaside environment.

The project featured the installation of the Casali Aderix Peel & Stick double-layer membrane system, supplied by Allco. This system was selected for its reliability, ease of application, and strong waterproofing performance, ideal for protecting outdoor living areas exposed to salt air and changing weather conditions.

From preparation through to final detailing, Sansom ensured a streamlined and efficient process, maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout. Careful attention was given to surface preparation and membrane application to ensure long-term performance and a clean, professional finish.
