Sansom was engaged to carry out in-situ structural repairs to deteriorated concrete on the building façade at 47 Saint Pauls.

Spalled concrete was removed and reinstated using proprietary concrete repair material, with sacrificial anodes installed and an elastomeric coating applied to the concrete substrate on completion of the remedial works.
