Tanking to two underground levels. Prepufe 160 between a structural and wear slabs.
Waterproofing to void created along piled wall to manage the introduced ingress of ground water.
Sealant and baffle system to precast panel facade walls. Two towers totalling 28 floors.
Warm roof to podium. Tapered PIR board installed to create falls with a two-layer torch on membrane over top.
Torch on membrane to roots of two towers.
Engineered screed to tower roof to create two degree falls for torch on membrane.
Coatings to lift shafts and various moistre barrier applications.
