Sansom carried out a full re-roof of a residential property over 20 years old, replacing the ageing roof membrane with a Nuralite 3PM double layer system.
The scope covered a mix of flat roof areas, gutters, and valleys, with extensive detailing required throughout to tie the new membrane into the building’s existing roofline. Getting these junctions right was critical to the long-term performance of the system, particularly given the age and condition of the substrate underneath.
Once the membrane was installed, we finished with a coating of Nuralite Glaze across the roof. This seals the surface of the membrane and its chips, an important detail on this project given the roof also feeds the property’s potable water supply, so surface integrity and water quality were both front of mind.
